Scott is 34 years old, and was a FF for Belle Valley FD in
Erie County Pa., for 10 Years (1986-96), highest rank was
Captain. He has been an active fire buff for the last 20
years. He owns a 1969 Ward Lafrance Ambassador series pumper
1500/500. It served as E-3,1, & 11 for the City of Erie
FD from 1969 to 1986, then as Franklin Twp (Erie County Pa.
) E-723 from 1986 to 2000. He has been involved in FPO since
1997. He is involved with several fire buff
organizations. He takes video & photos of fires &
apparatus, and enjoy buffing other cities (especially
Chicago) with friends. |

FPO for the last 4 years as a member and Dispatcher. He

Supervisor with Delaware County EMS,(EMS-462/ 2 Unit) as well
as he is the Station Captain for Morrow County EMS (Captain
110) and a Firefighter with the Mt. Gilead Fire Department.

Randy was a member of the US Army for 9 years as a Flight
Medic, and Veteran of Desert Storm. He started his fire
service career as a volunteer firefighter/ medic with the
Champion Twp. FD (St.21) in 1991. He was also a volunteer
firefighter/ medic for Bazetta Twp (St.11,13), Cortland City
(St. 12), Fowler Twp. (St.23), and worked part-time as a
firefighter/ medic for Howland Twp. (St. 30,31, & 32). He
became a career firefighter for the City of Warren in 1995,
where he is currently assigned to the Central Fire Station,
Rescue 1 driver and ride Squad 1. Randy is also a member of
the departments Haz-Mat, Confined Space, and Trench Rescue
Team and also a part of the departments Fire Investigation
Unit. He also currently works part-time as firefighter/ medic
at Brookfield Twp (St.18), Vienna Twp. (St.46), and McDonald
Village (St.37), and is a member the the Trumbull County Fire
Investigation Unit. |
