regular all-purpose flour and adding in 2 teaspoons of baking powder.\u00a0 You can also make these rolls gluten-free by using <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/NsuI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gluten-free self-rising flour<\/a> (or see instructions below on how to make your own).<\/li>\n<li><strong>greek yogurt <\/strong>\u2013 I used plain full-fat Greek yogurt which adds a good amount of protein to these rolls, but you could also use vanilla flavored yogurt as it would give these rolls an extra touch of sweetness.\u00a0 Sour cream will also work in place of the yogurt if you prefer to use that.<\/li>\n<li><strong>honey<\/strong> \u2013 the addition of honey both in the rolls and brushed on top just makes these rolls sweet, cozy and delicious!<\/li>\n<li><strong>butter<\/strong> \u2013 you only need about one tablespoon of melted butter to brush on top of the rolls once they come out of the oven to give them that buttery flavor we love in a dinner roll.\u00a0 I used unsalted butter since I like to sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top as well.<\/li>\n<li><strong>fresh herbs<\/strong> \u2013 I used a mixture of fresh sage and fresh thyme in these rolls, but rosemary would be amazing as well!\u00a0 We are adding fresh herbs to the dough as well as sprinkling on top once they are done.<\/li>\n<li><strong>salt Roll each section of dough into balls and arrange them in a prepared 11\u00d77 small baking dish, making sure they are just touching to get pull apart-style rolls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bake.<\/strong>\u00a0 Place the rolls in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes (mine came out perfect at 32 minutes), until tops are golden brown.\u00a0 Whisk together some melted butter, honey and fresh herbs and brush over the tops of the rolls.\u00a0 Sprinkle with some <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/QFHRo\">flaky sea salt<\/a>, if desired, easily make <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/NsuI\">gluten-free self-rising flour<\/a>, simply mix together 1 cup gluten-free 1 to 1 baking flour, 1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1\/4 teaspoon of salt.\u00a0 You just want to make sure whatever flour you use has <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/QcXX\">xantham gum<\/a> in the ingredients as that is an important baking binder needed to make these rolls.\u00a0 If your flour doesn\u2019t have xantham gum, just add in a teaspoon to your flour mixture.\u00a0 You can store this flour in a sealed, airtight container in your pantry for up to 6 months.<\/p>\n<div class=\"block-tip cwp-inner has-background has-quaternary-background-color\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading block-tip__title\">Tips, Tricks and Substitutions<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you don\u2019t have any <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/QMQKf\">self-rising flour<\/a>, feel free to use all-purpose flour and add in 2 teaspoons of baking powder plus an extra 1\/4 teaspoon of salt.<\/li>\n<li>You can easily make these rolls gluten-free by using <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/NsuI\">GF self-rising flour<\/a> or make your own by mixing gluten-free flour, 1 1\/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1\/4 teaspoon salt together.\u00a0 Just make sure your flour contains <a href=\"https:\/\/urlgeni.us\/amzn\/QcXX\">xantham gum<\/a> and if it doesn\u2019t, simply add a teaspoon to your flour mixture.<\/li>\n<li>I baked these pull-apart rolls Parker House style because that is what we always enjoyed growing up, but you could easily spread the dough rounds out on a baking sheet for individual round rolls.<\/li>\n<li>To get crisper golden tops on the rolls, make an egg wash using one large egg light whisked and brush on top of the rolls before baking.<\/li>\n<li>To make these rolls more savory you could add in some shredded cheese along with some garlic and fresh herbs.<\/li>\n<li>These would also make great breakfast rolls with added sausage, eggs and cheese!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepping and Storage<\/h2>\n<p><strong>To Prep:\u00a0<\/strong> You can easily make the dough ahead of time and store in a sealed, airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.\u00a0 This dough is also great for pizza so you can store extra dough for a variety of uses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Store:\u00a0<\/strong> You can store leftover baked rolls in a sealed-airtight container at room temperature for <strong>4 to 5 days<\/strong>, but I recommend enjoying these as fresh as possible as they tend to get chewy after a few days.\u00a0 Feel free to warm rolls up in the microwave for a few seconds to soften them again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Freeze:\u00a0<\/strong> You can also freeze these dinner rolls for up to <strong>3 months<\/strong> in your freezer.\u00a0 When ready to enjoy, first thaw them overnight in the fridge and then wrap them in aluminum foil on a baking pan and reheat in
